TESTIMONIALS
I am a 13 time Ironman finisher along with 25 half finishes and several olympic distance triahtlons and half & full marathons since 1999. When I first started in this sport, I had no idea on how to train or race and therefore was constantly injured and not performing to the best of my ability. I have had the privilege of being coached by Krista for a year now and have improved my times and more importantly have been injury free. I am going to do the Ultraman this November and have total confidence in Krista to get me physically and mentally ready for this grueling test of endurance. She is completely knowledgeable in this filed, a total professional who always has my best interest at hand. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to improve their training and racing abilities.

I met Coach Schultz in January of 2006. I was a tad overweight. I had never completed more the 4 straight laps in a pool. I had not ridden a 10 speed bike more than 3 times in my life and i was at my best a 10 minute miler. I wanted to try a sport that was new and completely out of my element. After talking to a friend of mine that had used Coach Schultz services with VO2 Max Testing with great success, i thought i would give her call.
She was very easy to work with, explaining in detail how the test worked. During the test she gave encouragement for me to push to my maximum level so I could achieve accurate test results. Once finding out that Coach Schultz was a top amateur triathlete along with her encouraging demeanor, i knew she was the right coach for me.
During my first year in the sport i grew alot. I was now able to swim a mile, bike for 30 miles, and run a 10k. I was able to participate and complete 6 triathlons that year. Coach Schultz's constant feedback and are monthly conversations covering topics like, race nutrition, transition tactics and proper pacing made all that possible.
In my second year with Coach Schultz I was able to swim even faster, bike at a 23mph average and run 8min average 10k's. I went from placing in the lower to middle of the pack in triathlons to the top third in just two years with her. In 2008, I fully believe that working with Coach Schultz and her challenging workout routines I will be able to place in the top 3 of my age group in a few of my Sprint Triathlons this season. Coach Schultz is a all around good coach and even a better person to work with.

The thing I like about Krista is she provides the whole coaching "package". She not only designs a customized schedule to meet your goals and needs, but provides excellent advice on nutrition, recovery, and race preparation. I would highly recommend her.
